Race pack and transponder collection will take place between 3.00pm - 8.00pm on Friday 10th April 2026 at the Mount Maunganui Surf Club.

Adults check-in on Saturday 11th April 2026 (race day) from 6.30am. Athlete's must check-in at least 30 minutes before your race start time.

Online Registration
​Teams - 2 or 3 people: each team member enters individually and enters the same team name in the required field. Our system will then group you together.

Team members can add themselves at any time.

You can register as an individual and change to a team by login in to your EventPlus account.

-Bear Crawl – all athletes complete the full distance

Farmers Carry:
-One set of kettlebells per team
-Athletes can swap at any time -
Warped Wall:
-Teammates can help each other
-Cannot complete it for another athlete
-If you cannot complete it, you must complete the lunge alternative
-Teammates must wait for each other before continuing

RESULTS
ATHLETE WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Ultimate athlete doesn't offer refunds, but does offer transfers to other races or athletes when available. This must be requested by contacting our team prior to the 9th April 2026.

ENTRY TRANSFER POLICY
If you are unable to attend and would like to transfer your entry to another athlete
this is available until 9th APRIL 2026. There is a $25 fee for all entry transfers.

Change of Category Policy
You can change your event category up until 9th April 2026 at no charge. An additional cost will also apply if you are changing to an event category with a higher entry price.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We'd like to reassure you that if Ultimate Athlete Mount Maunganui can’t go ahead
on April the 11th 2026 for any unforeseen circumstances:

If possible we may reschedule to a future date. If the event can't be
rescheduled we offer you the following options:

Transfer of your entry to an alternative Ultimate Athlete event.

An event credit for a future Ultimate Athlete Event.

Full refund.
SAFETY AND
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Safety is paramount.
Safety is paramount. We strive to continually improve our event in order to ensure it is as safe as possible, but we need your help!

Emergency Plans
We could have a fire, earthquake or similar emergency.
Follow all instructions from event personnel who may hold you at locations or lead you to safety.

What to do if you are injured / ill or just cannot continue:
1. Stay calm.
2. Contact the Race Communications Centre – the number is on your bib.
3. Stop the next athlete going past you and ask for help.
4. Apply first aid to yourself.
5. Wait for assistance.
We have event Medics who will get to you as soon as they can. Once a medic has assessed you, you will either be allowed to continue, transported by St John or picked up by one of the event ATVs and taken to the finish line.

If you have collected your registration pack and then due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to start please let us know by ringing or texting 027 2467656. This is extremely important.
