Join us at sunrise at low tide for our unique beach run/walk experience.
Beach Run is inclusive, welcoming everyone, including your furry friends and little ones in prams. We've mapped out a course where you can choose either the Beach, Mount Coastal Pathway or a combination of both, ensuring that everyone can participate and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Mount beach.
There are distances for all ages and fitness levels. Choose your distance: - 3km, 6km and 10km for a balance of challenges that take you along Mount Maunganui beach for an uplifting and refreshing start to your day.
Being close to the ocean has remarkable mental health benefits. So, kick off your shoes (optional) and experience the incredible benefits of grounding as you run/walk on the soft, natural terrain. Come join us and start your day on the right foot!
